The small grant for women is a program sponsored by the U.S. Embassy Zagreb’s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS Zagreb) that promote human rights, support marginalized groups, encourage gender equality and empowerment of women and youth, and that foster a culture of integration and diversity.
The program aims at training audiences to recognize disinformation or misinformation online and in news, their ability to counter foreign state and non-state propaganda and disinformation that undermines faith in democratic governance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Grants are awarded to Croatian non-profit organizations and institutions including educational institutions;
- Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization;
