Scope

We are looking for an adaptable leader who is detailed oriented and an ardent problem solver. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive project success. Your role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to established objectives and organizational standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Below are some of the activities that will be carried out:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Define project deliverables and milestones.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and equipment, to ensure optimal productivity and project success.
  • Oversee project execution, track progress against the project plan, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risk and address issues as they arise.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Facilitate team meetings, manage conflicts, and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of proven of experience in project management within a technology or software development environment, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, proficiency with project management tools, software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and risk management frameworks.
