As we prepare for Lagos Games Week 2025, we’re looking for a Project Manager who will be pivotal in bringing this event to life.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and driven, with the ability to manage end-to-end event operations, including coordinating partnerships and fostering community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all planning and execution activities for Lagos Games Week 2025, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
- Build and manage relationships with all stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and community members.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and drive community engagement leading up to and following the event.
- Coordinate with event planners and oversee logistics, working closely with vendors and partners to ensure a successful event.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and event planning.
- Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus, but a passion for gaming is key!!!
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with multitasking and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
