Position Overview
As a Journalism Product Management Intern, you will support the Head of Journalism Products in optimizing our website’s user experience, enhancing content publication processes and supporting projects that drive audience growth and engagement. This 6-month internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management fundamentals and understand the role of product thinking in advancing journalism and audience development. The position includes a monthly stipend, and academic credit can be arranged if applicable.

- Strong interest in product management, user experience design, and audience engagement, with a passion for improving digital platforms in the journalism space.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and remote environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen interest in user behavior and audience insights to inform product improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus, along with an eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
