The African Leadership Academy offers a transformative six-month training initiative aimed at empowering young African women in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This program is designed to equip participants with both technical knowledge and leadership skills essential for success in STEM careers.
Eligibility Criteria:
–Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old.
-Open to women from Africa.
-A background in STEM is required, or a strong interest in pursuing a STEM career.
