We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s growth initiatives through strategic planning, market analysis, and execution of corporate development activities.
The role is part of the leadership team involved in the front-operations of the firm by introducing, advancing, promoting and sustaining the firm clients for Brickstone and The African Catalyst.
Main Aspects of the Job
A. Project Finance Advisory
You would work in a team where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Your activities include:
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis for infrastructure project investments
- Assess financial viability and related risks of proposed infrastructure projects
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management review
- Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyze relevant financial data
- Monitor financial performance of active infrastructure projects and produce regular reports
- Support due diligence efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss financial strategies and project updates
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting standards
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions influencing infrastructure finance
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and technical teams to align project financing strategies
- Provide ad hoc financial analyses and reports as requested by management
B. Venture Building Advisory
You would work in a team where your role will include:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in the middle market infrastructure sector
- Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis and market assessment.
- Analyze financial statements and business models to evaluate the viability of investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and operational support.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide regular updates to the investment team.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends.
- Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies.
C. Program Management
You would work in a team where your role will include:
- Assist in Management and Engagement with prospective attendees with Brickstone and The African Catalyst (TAC) Events
- Assist in development and solicitation of Potential Participants and Partners aimed for the Brickstone & TAC events
- Assist in Program Management for Speakers and other attendees
- Submitting relevant Decks and Proposals as well as management of pipelines and sales figures
- Develop Event Progress Reports on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, as progress and commitments are made.
- Balancing the competing demands for quality, scope, time and cost in projects assigned to.
Job Duration
The initial duration of Six (6) Month and there would be a probation period of One (1) month.
Job Qualification
Strictly open to graduates with 1-3 years experience in infrastructure project finance and development.
Qualification & Technical Skills
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Finance.
- Post graduate degrees are an added advantage
- 1– 3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Familiarity with Project Management and investment regulation and project finance transactions
- Excellent analytical and structuring know-how skills, good understanding of guarantee products, capital markets and its financial instruments
- Experience in Corporate Finance, Project Finance and Transaction Advisory

- Well-presented with good interpersonal skills
Payroll Consideration
Payroll is begged at a minimum of NGN 240,000 per month (net) but this can be increased based on the experience/performance of candidate during assessment.
