Key Responsibilities of the Marketing and Sales executive
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote HARBOURAGE properties and projects.
- Identify and engage potential clients, building a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting unique selling points to prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with the branding team to create compelling content for social media, brochures, and advertisements.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- A track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market demands.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Abuja real estate market is a plus.
