Professional Experience: Ideal fellows will be mid-career professionals aged between 25-45 with 10-15 years experience in their respective fields and a solid track record of leadership and excellence. We are open to any sectors and are flexible with the age and years of experience, so far you have a track-record of growth, impact, and excellence

Nationality: Must be of African descent. You can be resident outside of Africa, but demonstrate commitment to the continent.
