The Youth Development Centre, Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library has announced the portal opening for the fifth edition of the Presidential Youth Mentorship Retreat with His Excellency, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
The Presidential Youth Mentorship Retreat is designed to foster an intergenerational leadership continuum where participants engage (and are engaged by) President Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR (and facilitators selected by him), on concurrent leadership issues and pragmatic approaches to confronting challenges and creating opportunities in all areas of endeavours for youths across Africa.
The Youth Development Centre serves as a focal point for young people locally and globally to incubate ideas, develop or upgrade their skills, enhance their leadership capacity, build-up their value-system and link them up with various opportunities.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Be a citizen of one of the 54 African countries
- Be available to participate in the retreat between November 10th – 13th, 2024.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
